Does Reciprocal Services certification have a different expiration date from a 'home council' certification/recertification?
All Reciprocal Services dates shall follow the same expiration period of the home council (the council which originally certified the company).What are the steps in the Reciprocal Services process?
Each applicant shall provide a complete reciprocal services package which includes the following:
- cnFMSDC Reciprocal Services Application
- Submit non-refundable processing fee
- Attach a copy of your current Certificate from your Home Council
What is Reciprocal Services?
Reciprocal Services is the certification by an NMSDC affiliate council of an MBE already certified by the MBE's home council and whose certification is in good standing. The council from which you request reciprocal certification obtains a copy of your certificate from your home council to verify your standing, and upon receipt of your completed notarized reciprocal services application, initiates the reciprocal certification process.
How much is the Reciprocal Services fee?
The reciprocal services fee is:
- $150.00-- Sales less than $1M
- $300.00-- Sales $1M to $5M
- $600.00-- Sales more than $5M
What is a company's Financial Statement?
A group of statements that provide an overview of a business’ profitability and financial condition, which include Balance sheet (assets, liability and equity); Income statement (Profit and loss); Cash flow Statement (shows operating, investing and financing activities)
